Eric Bledsoe

Age: 32
Team: Oklahoma City Thunder

Bledsoe leads a strong group of free agent PG this year. The floor leader of the reigning champs is a true two-way player. He can lead a team, score if needed and plays on the defensive side too. Not many players in the CSL can say that about themselves. He should command a max offer even with his age of 32.

Elfried Payton

Age: 29
Team: Cleveland Cavaliers

The former point guard of the Kings got traded to Cleveland. He is a pesky defender, a solid floor general and just in the beginning of his prime. His only weakness is probably a missing 3pt shot. Like Bledsoe it would be a huge surprise if he would change teams.

Bryce Cotton

Cotton always seem to fly a little under the radar. But if you look for a steady playmaker, who is not a liability on defense you have to look into Bryce Cotton. Will be interesting to see what kind of contract he can command.

An ace on defense and steady as a floor general, his biggest weakness is his nonexistent or low scoring ability. Just traded to the Kings, his new contract will depend a lot of how he will fare in the Kings system and if can guide them deep into the playoffs.

Ty Lawson

Age: 34
Team: LA Clippers

Here we go again, last year he was on this list already, back then at #4. My comment stays the same though ... The name Ty Lawson is always somehow connected to shucking shots and stuffing the stat sheet for me. But he may be the easiest to sign away from his team and you cannot deny his talent. His defense metrics are also not bad.

Paul George

Age: 33
Team: Dallas Mavericks

I'm biased and would say Dante Exum is top SG here. But there is not an easy way around the reigning MVP, and looking on Paul's stats, I have to admit he belongs still on #1. A still complete two way player and proven winner Paul George will command a max contract. The length of the contract will be the big question. Going onto 34 he has only so any years left, but how many?

Dante Exum

As the GM of the Hawks of course he is my favorite player :-) ... Complete 2way player, the only weakness is the missing 3pt shot. But he still has to proof that he really belongs in the top category of players who can will a team deep into the playoffs. Stats wise he looks worse in a Hawks uniform, but that's probably only result of this stupid GM/coach :-(

Marcus Smart

What a SG class this year. Smart is almost on one level with George and Exum in my book, some may have him even on #1. A talented 2way player and only 27 years old. Every team would like to add him to the roster! His numbers this season are just excellent.

Zach LaVine

I have to admit I'm/was not a big fan of LaVine with his non-existent defense. But he is playing a hell of a season, at least on offense this year. If you are looking for a number one scoring option and have the defense around him in place, he is a good candidate. With the emergence of the zone this year his ability to take and make 3 point shots may give him a huge contract.

Talking about a strong class in SG, the SF group looks similar impressive. Headlined by Jabari Parker, who almost by himself willed the 76ers into the playoffs and to an 1st round upset over the Pistons last year. He leads the CSL in scoring easily and he also not a complete stranger to playing D. I would kill to add him to my roster, thats for sure.
